As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive and organized Team Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and our team connected in Denmark. The role will report to the Head of People & Culture; as we look to ramp up our hiring, the role will closely support the Head of Talent Acquisition in supporting recruitment administration.
The Team Coordinator will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. You’ll support leadership and team members by organizing schedules, meetings, events, and recruitment efforts to ensure the business runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate team availability.
- Plan and organize team events, workshops, and company offsites.
- Support collaboration and facilitation of connects into the LEGO Group.
- Monitor and manage office or remote working logistics, supplies, and internal communications.
- Support in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Support expense management, travel booking, vendor contracts etc.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups to ensure effective action tracking.
- Assist with recruitment support tasks, such as arranging interviews, tracking candidates, and screening CVs.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain team documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role; start-up experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence handling multiple calendars and managing changing priorities.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to be onsite in Billund, Denmark 3 days x week
