Product Manager, Live Service Mobile Game
LEGO Digital Play will bring the LEGO brand into the world of first-party digital entertainment and gaming. Our mission is to ensure the LEGO Brand remains as powerfully a part of children’s lives in the coming decades as it has ever been – as more and more of those lives take part in digital.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the ongoing development and live operations of a new casual mobile game experience inspired by the spirit of puzzle and word games and the visual language of the LEGO brand. This role will partner closely with an independent development studio to shape the game’s product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy and collaborate with the Publishing team.
You’ll define and execute the overall game strategy, including engagement loops, retention mechanics, and monetization approach — ensuring the experience remains fun, safe, and meaningful for players of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the live service roadmap for the game, setting product goals and KPIs for engagement, retention, and growth.
- Partner with the external developer to guide design, production, and feature prioritization.
- Build and implement a monetization strategy aligned with LEGO brand values and player trust.
- Use player insights, data, and qualitative research to inform product decisions and optimize live events and content updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Publishing, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and compliance with LEGO brand standards for safety and quality.
- Define and track success metrics (DAU, retention, ARPDAU, LTV) to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the product vision and champion the player experience within LEGO Digital Play.
- Collaborate with Publishing team including influence UA Strategy
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in mobile games product management, in live service puzzle, word, or casual game, particularly with a game in development and taking it through to sustainable and successful live service
- Proven success in defining and scaling engagement and monetization strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with external partners.
